People believe extra marital affairs are horrible. So when it happens to them they don't know how to work through the problem rationally. The pain is all within that person that chooses to entertain the pain.

People that have affairs are self center, non caring people. They are only concerned about themselves. They don't hurt so they don't feel like anyone else will hurt. They cover it up under the phase "we just friends" , or "as long as I am happy " . They don't care if they destroy other families, children, or even the person they are having an affair with as long as it meets their need at the time. Extra marital affairs , are illegal and in some states even a felony. If all states prosecuted it as a felony. Maybe these self centered people would think about what they are doing to others. This is a crime that hurts and destroys many. If a family is not the most important thing in this world what is? Stealing money or jewelry is a crime , but people do not want to punish someone for stealing and destroying a family. The only one that is not unhappy is the one having the affair.

Monogamy is a sweet idea, but very few humans can practice and succeed at it. At some point in every persons life, they have, or will cheat on a partner. It happens for many different reasons. One can be dissatisfied with their relationship and not have the where-with-all to end it, or perhaps they love their partner but don't feel passionate toward them any longer. The reasons are endless. The occurance, common. I think in the heat of the moment, it all seems worth the hassle. Dealing with the emotional baggage after the fact is when it becomes difficult. That is, if you get caught. Still, given the choice, I think most people would throw chance to the wind and go for it anyway.

no it is not worth the hassle. Extra-marital affairs affect your heart, and the other person. If you have a conscience, it will consume every thought because you know its wrong. Its stressful and the consequences are very damaging. Some people do not care, they feel their marriages have hit the wall, and they think by having sex with someone else, or sharing their thoughts and feelings with someone else will make it better, when in fact it just complicates your life, and their life. People need to work as hard on their marriages as they do their affairs!

Well some do it because they cant face the partner and talk openly what the expect... others do it cause they just dont care ...
But whats worse that those that do it in hiding usually will lie to the other person they going to have the affair with also ...
once a liar always a liar ...
the hurt they dont care ... who it hurts as long as they had there fun ...
the hassle wll not worth it but some need the risk of discovery and then blame it on the spouse ...
drop them dead in the water no second chances ...

Palin's "kinfolk concerns" are a distraction. bill Clinton's more beneficial-marital affairs were a distraction that were given in way of governing the country. it truly is the reason Hillary become previous-over. The Clinton's were wearing too a lot bags, and so does Palin.

Extra marital affair - don't do it, its like you are signing your life away. I had an extra marital affair, he promised to be with me, said he loved me,when we got caught out, he didn't stand by me, he said he couldn't leave his family. Even though he said he didn't love his wife and he loved me. I have known him for 9 years, i thought we were the one couple destined to be together. I guess he lied to me, i am now divorced, i have 2 children that i am supporting myself, i am now lonely, and wish somebody could love me for real. It gets very depressing, that i gave a man my whole life and he didn't give me enough in return. Till today he is still at home with his wife and family. Recently he says to me he would rather be at home with his family. This man has destroyed my life, I don't have dreams or not waiting for any light at the end of the tunnel. Now i don't have any trust in men anymore. Yes, there is alot pain, you are meaning the other party, but in my relationship i suffered the most in this relationship. My advise is never go into a relationship if he is married. I went into it because, i had an arranged marriage, and he didn't show me no love, its like i never existed. I guess they say love is blind

Can only ans this on what my Husband told me,he felt 20 again.
Shame as he's 34 fat,balding and has the pressure of debt,2 kids and a wife that loved him to -bits and done everything for him ,until now lol.
Now he's in **** street trying to get his life on track ,revenge is sweet
By the way she's not so much as a feel good pill now, as even she's giving him a hard time.

Some people are just that kind of person, but normally there is a reason behind it. Maybe thier partner isn't paying them enough attention, not paying them any compliments or generally making them feel special. To feel that the person you are with holds no real desire for you anymore can be a dreadfully hurtful thing and I guess eventually turns you to seek that attention elsewhere. It's a shame, but everyone needs to know they are loved.

People usually do this out of compulsive lust and that can be for a number of reasons. Maybe they are not getting what they need at home and have a mutual infatuation with someone and it progresses. It can make you feel young again like a teenager.
