I think you will find that the key is made by KABA not KARA, a good locksmith should have blanks.

just take the keyy to any locksmiths or cobblers they will probably be able to cut it for you or if not (which is unlikely) will be able to direct you to somewhere that can. almost all keys can be cut over the counter for about £3 - 4 . the key is for a pvc or garage door?

correct, i think it's a kaba key.

no ordinary locksmith would have the facility to cut these.

you may not be able to get a key as it could be registered to an owner.
