How did you snag both? They are top two rated second-basemen in the game?! Impressive.

Clearly you have to keep Utley and start him. He offers production in every category. Cano is a great second-sacker, but he offers mostly hits and average. His power and speed aren't anywhere near the level of Utley.

My advice is to find some weakness in your lineup...be it the bullpen or maybe an overall lack of outfield depth or something...and send out some trade proposals with Cano as your bargaining chip. If you have the top two fantasy second-basemen on your team, that means someone....maybe even a couple people...got screwed on picking up a solid second-baseman and you could capitalize on that right now.

Good luck.

Chase Utley hands down! Utley has a 35 game hit streak and is on the team that led the league in runs. He bats 3rd instead of 8th or 9th like Cano. Cano had a slow start while utley was very consistent. Utley will hit dingers, steal bases and score runs. the same cant be said for Cano

Utley by far!!! Trade Cano for other talent. However, if you can't get anyone to bite on a Cano deal then don't hesitate to trade Utley for a top-notch player b/c Cano isn't too bad of an alternative. They are both top 5 2Bs.

Cano is a solid start at 2b, but Utley wins...hands down. Utley has been going in the first round in many drafts

Chase Utley, he's a well rounded player, while Cano still has room to grow.

Wow. I love Cano and he should further develop his game this year...but Utley is solid as well. Start one at second and the other at Utility.
