this is a long distance friendship and I try to compensate not being there by feeding his ego with lots of attention and love.
I haven't been married to a leo male before.

Your doing the right thing. My boyfriend is a Leo, and I am treated like a princess literally because I feed his ego all the time by telling him great things, and giving him lots and lots of attention. Leo's need to feel like their important. If you don't give them attention, you start to see another side of them, and trust me you don't want to see that. Their very good lovers, and very loyal to you if they truly love you. I don't tell my Leo man things that aren't true about him. It's more of me reminding him how great he is. That's the way I feed his ego, and he loves it!!! Keep doing what your doing, and give him lots of attention, but make sure that he's returning some of this attention and love as well.

yes, eventhough i'm a female leo, us leos will hold a person in high regaurd if we get praises and ego boosts. We'll even hava a lot of trouble letting go of people that make us feel really good about ourselves, be careful not to get attached to us or we'll become obsessed stalkers or very hateful towards those that break that connection!!!!

Leos generally are one of the most loyal and care-taking, caring people to be in love with. Just don't step on their sense of pride. Flattery is a tool they crave a lot. They are also super generous-hearted as a rule, meaning they'll spare no expense for those they love.

I disagree a leo man, in my opinion, is like a big, beautifully wrapped box, minus the gift inside. My experience with Leo men is they manipulate to get what they want, once they do not receive what they expect, they toss you aside like a dirty rag. They are never satisfied.

Every person is different and as much as you want to go with the zodiac take the persons age and personality into account also. I wish i could just answer yes or no to help you but when asking a question its helps to know more of who you are dealing with.
