Working w/ Tablets: Does zoom change the area of drawing?

I am going to get a tablet to work with Photoshop. When i zoom in to do finer work, will the pen still be drawing at a larger scale (then any little move will fly over the screen), or when zoomed, will the settings work on the smaller scale so i can draw small things as though they were large?

Actually, i meant somehting a little different: i understand that the paintbrush will be @ whatever resolution i set it to... but what i was wondering was how the cursor will move over the screen when i am zoomed: if i am very zoomed in, will my cursor go flying across the screen, or does it respond exactly the same way a mouse does?

Once you set the resolution of your drawing, you can only adjust the precision of your drawing by changing the brush size. If you simply zoom in to do more refined work, the "mark" of your brush will not change.

It is always best to create computer generated drawings at the highest resolution possible.
