Here's what I think: In May 2006 she won that supreme court decision so that cleared the way for her to collect her millions especially after E. Pierce Marshall died in June. So Howard K. Stern gives Daniel a "cocktail" if he gets him out of the way then he's closer to Anna who he admires and closer to the millions. Then Larry Birkhead throws wrench into the plan claiming he's the father of Dannielynn Hope. So what does he have to do? Stop the DNA test. So that's why he "advises" Anna not to have her tested they have a phony "commitment" ceremony and thus he's entitled to some of the money. Then the Trimspa lawsuit comes out, the DNA test can't be avoided anymore and the inquest into Daniel's death so what happens? Anna dies. Thus temporarily stopping all litigation into these matters. So let's recap: if Daniel's dead he can't collect the money and can't be a heir to his mother's fourtune leaving a baby & her father who is defenseless to collect half a billion dollars? So murder or not

I think it's all too weird that she drops dead 5 months after her son. Even if she was so depressed after losing him why would Howard K. Stern not recognize this and take her to see a doctor? Instead he was out with her having committment ceremonies and buy yatchs. It's all too strange to me. Then Howard K. Stern has never had any other clients outside of Anna Nicole Smith but he's an attorney so how does he make a living? Off Anna and since Anna is about to inherit all this money and he's basically penniless what does he do? Kill her. It's all crystal clear to me.

She very well could've lost the next court battle. But who's going to let a little girl who's mother and brother has died walk away with nothing. I don't think there will be another court battle of Anna's late husband's estate. I think there will be a settlement offer and since Anna left no will it'll be taken and it'll be the end of it. That's why her and her son was murdered. I know it's a little far fetched but it makes sense and that's the sad part.

I agree w/ you totally. A coincidence? I think not! Anna and her son died five months apart, that's too weird. But I'm sure the coroner will say she "overdosed".

Your theory is predictable, I'm still waiting to hear what the autopsy has to say, and DNA results that will point to the real baby's father. I doubt that anyone will dismiss the fact that poor Anna was virtually catatonic most of the "air time" she received. I liked her, she seemed happiest around people. Sure she was depressed, mentally and physically. My first thought was. Who, would have ever left her alone like this, she was in a state, with so much pressure. Answer: The one who would benefit the most from it. Yes, it is all too suspicious that HKS, was not around. It wouldn't surprise anyone if he directly had a "plan". Of coarse, some one of his stature would know he wouldn't be found guilty, because of a "reasonable doubt", and she died in a district of the US, where there is no death penalty etc...
Worst of all now, is the baby. The child will need protection, and for her sake with the real father.
This will be one to keep tabs on,but not tabloids.

Well their never should have been any question about the money going to her. In the will she was given the money, . With all the men claiming to be the father, I hope she did get implanted and the baby gets everything, now who is to manage the money, ya never know I am sure someone will try to get their grubby little paws on it. I don't trust Howard Stern and I think he did have something to do with both Deaths, Money can get you do to things you would never do. Its ashame her little girl will be pleagued with this fight.

RIP Anna Nicole

It is all very weird but lets throw this in to think about... What if Anna lost the next time in court? Wouldn't he be better off with Anna alive. Assuming she did loose, she would be more valuable to him with her fame and notoriety. I think the whole situation is extremely sad and will be in the courts for a long time. I think the first thing that has to be done is establish paternity through DNA and place the baby with the real father.

Hypothetically, Howard K. Stern could benefit if he is really the baby's father. He could then try to sue for the Marshall fortune in her name and become the trustee. I didn't say he did it!! A man is innocent until proven guilty! I think it's just as likely that her death was a suicide after the loss of her son, or an accidental overdose. What a tragic situation.

stern murdered them both, and if she was going to collect that money she would have collected it, but i feel they'll give the infant something out of pity, eventually. stern manipulated anna for power, he is divious and should be in jail.

i dont think he killed her, but for someone glued to her side at all times, kinda wierd he wasnt around when she was dying? i do hate to say but i think she accidentally overdosed, but he is defenitely a sneaky sneaky man, so until the rest of everything falls in place i am kinda baffled about the whole thing. great question though! i totally agree....

I do not know if he is guilty of murder, but I do not think that man should be trusted at all!
