I don't know why this is under Valentine's Day, but I would assume a person of the Hindu religion committing an act of terrorism on someone or some other culture.

It's the same as Islamic Terrorism... just a different religion at the root cause.

Terrorism is Terrorism, just the excuse for it is specific to the cause. ie: to the British, Amercian Colonials were Terrorist, to the colonists, they were freedom fighters.
The old adage is true: one man's Terrorist is another man's freedom fighter.
Just depends on what side your on.
