juz read on wwe.com that the no way out ladder match is canceled. domino and whoever get the title shot instead!! makes no sense! that was obviously gonna steal the show and now its canceled. juz another reason why the raw brand is better......but the are having an interpromotional divas competition! :)

what they should do is remove regal and Taylor from the Four Way Ladder Match and put in deuce and domino in because they derserve it.

The Ladder match would've been better than seeing Deuce and Domino get what they deserve (finally losing to London and Kendrick), but it's only been about 2 months since the last Ladder match, so I can understand it being cancelled.
If the match had to be altered to include Deuce and Domino, then it should be a Triple Threat Tornado Tag match with the champs defending against those '50s chumps and the team of Regal and Taylor, who are much more deserving of the belts than Deuce and Domino ever will be.
Who knows? There's still time, so maybe GM Theodore Long will do the right thing and give Regal and Taylor their rightful title shot as well. As for MNM and the Hardys, they can settle their differences at WrestleMania with Matt facing Nitro and Jeff facing Mercury (they already had a tag match against each other at the Royal Rumble, and, even though it's "the grandest stage of them all", WrestleMania is too soon for another tag team bout, so why not make a couple interpromitional matches instead?).

On the January 19, 2007 edition of SmackDown, Deuce, Domino, and their valet Cherry debuted with their 1950s pop culture gimmick squashing a jobber team. On February 2, 2007, Deuce and Domino defeated the WWE Tag Team Champions, Paul London and Brian Kendrick in a non-title match. They are now the No. 1 contenders to the WWE Tag Team Championship and have their first tag team title match at No Way Out, after WWE announced they cancelled the originally scheduled Four-Way Ladder match.

It is unfortunate but it is better this way. instead we could potentially see a ladder match at wrestlemania which would have better build up, maybe a return of TLC even. no way out isnt meant to be a huge ppv, its just to build up mania more. the main event is a tag match after all between the big stars, it has no real point other than pushing the drama. same thing here, deuce and domino might end the longest reigning tag team champions at NWO but no matter what, the title will be defended in some form at mania with some kind of tag team turmoil or ladder match.

That's Vince's fault for them getting a title shot so soon. Why would you have someone who has only had 3-4 TV matches at most defeat your champion TWICE on TV? That's where they went wrong with Rey Misterio's title run, and that's where they're going wrong with Deuce and Domino getting the title shot. It's a no-win situation.
As for the ladder match, they had their reasons for cancelling it. First, it's too soon after the last ladder match and you want these types of matches to be special. If you have a ladder match each month, eventually people are going to get tired of seeing ladder matches. Second, Joey Mercury still hasn't fully recovered from the last ladder match. And third, perhaps they have bigger plans for the ladder match, maybe they'll have it at Wrestlemania.

Its a hard one this. I dont think that they should have had the ladder match to begin with on No Way Out, as they had the exact same match at the last SmackDown PPV. However, having announced it already, I dont think they should have cancelled it all together.
If anything they should have taken Regal & Taylor out of the ladder match and put Deuce and Domino in, although I agree that its too soon to be giving these guys a title shot as they have only just arrived. Then again, Carlito did win the US Title on his first night!!

see, this is exactly why i dont like deuce and domino, they come around in their supid 50's gimmick act and think they are good enough to become wwe tag team champions. they've only had, what, about 5 matches in smackdown?
others had to work harder to get a title shot, but the best they can do is complain to headquarters in conneticut, so they could be in favor of deuce and domino and get them their title shot. i mean they ruined a GOOD match just so they could get their title shot?

They cancelled a great match so that deuce and domino can finaly lose to the tag champs at No way out, that is stupid, I extremely hate them.

Reason behind it is they will have a money in the bank at wm and that would be 3 out of 4 or something ppvs with ladder matchs thats y they wont have 1 at no mercy.

i think is ok because i/we already have seen that match.the smackdown tag team division needs new tag team.i think London and Kendrick are awesome but without a competition is not fun to watch them compete in tagteam,also if deuce and domino are the #contenders and beat them twice,its fear that they get a shot at the titles.i dont want any wrestler injured again,imajine jeff or matt injured?so i think its fear to the new guys to get a shot at no way out.

NO WAY!!!! I can't believe they cancled it. Duce adn Domino deserve a title shot though because they beat the tag champs 2 times in a row
