i have land.so i have decided to make it into plots and sell it to customers.how can i find customers like NRI or Doctors to buy the plots.
how can i advertise.how do i get these prospective customers.

Dude ,
U have come out at the wrong time with UR project when the reality markets are correcting , U really have to brush hard to sale Ur plots therefore squeezing Ur profit .
The stock market is the best guide to know the movement & now these days UR just standing against it .
prices will correct very soon when infilation floating so high with intrest rates likely to rise a bit more & the budget will be against all this real estate boom.

if you have any channel in private banking sectors in NRI division. u can collect data there and you can keep tele callers.... to know theair intrest in investment's on land's.......... and also u have one more way...... that is collecting data of fixed deposites from bank's and you can know theair intrest by calling.... conves them that they will get good intrest earns then fixed deposits in short period....... ALL THE BEST...
