if she is still hungry, YES, FEED HER!
babies stop eating when they are full... its better for her to be all full. it will definetly make it easier on you...

You know she is getting enough if she is wetting her diaper every couple hours and having a dirty one at least once during the day. I never was able to do the stage 3 with any of my kids. None of them liked the texture and often gagged and threw it up. I stuck with the stage 2 until they complety went to table food. If she'll take the 3's that is fine. I did a veggie and a fruit at dinnertime. Then starting with a veggie at lunch and then added the fruit when they got around 8-9 months until they had enough teeth to eat table food. If you start with the fruit, I would make sure you stay away from the desserts. They are very yummy and sugary and make bad eating habits in the future.

I in all likelihood would not supply that to a 7 month old yet i'm efficient she'll be high-quality. My youthful 2 were on all table ingredients through 10 months old. actual i imagine Mimi must have requested you first yet now that it is stated and finished, i'd not worry about it. i'd not make a habit of giving her goodies although because at that age she would commence to dislike issues that are not as sweet.

For the first 12mths of their life, babies rely on milk for their nutritional intake. From 6-12mths you will be INTRODUCING SOLIDS and there are certain foods that need to be avoided because of allergy risks but generally, everything is ok.

Start with liquidy type meals which get thicker and lumpier. Slowly increase the solid-ness of the meal til your baby is 'chewing' (even without teeth) their meal. If they are not making chewing actions, they will not be ready for steamed carrots for example!

Introduce new foods slowly and watch for a couple of days to see how she takes it. Sometimes it seems our babies don't like certain foods but often, if you follow the RULE OF TEN TRIES, your baby will eat and even like a certain food if you have given them a taste of it ten times.

Give milk before solids to start and let them eat as much as they want. Eventually, you will be giving solids before liquids. Your baby will tell you when she has had enough. My baby's way of telling me is that she looks away when I offer her the spoon. She eats a different amount of food at different times of the day. I just watch her cues.

Have fun and try not to worry too much. It will all come together and before you know it, she'll be sitting at the table with you eating everything you do :D

I would start introducing meats into her diet for protien, but that is up to the pediatrician and your choice.

As far as knowng if you are feeding her enough or not, she will let you know if you're not. If she's hungry, she will be sure to let you know about it.
