We are renting the 2nd and 3rd floors of a house, the dear old lady who owns the house lives in the downstairs flat. Ours is completely self- contained, 3 bed, kitchen, bath, living and dining etc...
Only renting while we are having our house built - not a long term plan!

Manufactured home in a park. Biggest mistake I ever made. I own it. Still have lot rent. The house is great, the lot rent sucks.
