I am not a great fan of Obama, but I think it was awesome! He told Australian prime minister to send 20,000 Australian troops to Iraq if he is so concerned with winning the war.... hahahaha

A better question is what SHOULD be the response of the Bush administration. The White House should take ANY foreign leader to task when they meddle in our elections.
It's not appropriate by any reasonable standard. The White House should make it clear that they are not pleased with Howard's comments.

I'm sure it played well in the ultra-left fringe that drives the Democrat nominations, but it was boorish Obama's part.
It's sad that this Democrat hopeful cannot do more than resort to ad hominem attacks rather than consider the truth that Howard was trying to tell him.
