On Yahoo Messenger with Voice I am able to call anyone with-in my country... at least I can call their computer and talk over headset. I think it is a low price like 1 cent a minute to call other countries. You could also use a voice-chat client like Skype where you can call other people's computers around the world free. http://www.skype.com
