Its my sisters boyfriend, she doesn't have a clue what to get him & she was asking me wat she should get. I havent got a clue. Any ideas please??

Get him a t-shirt, perfume or any playstation game. A 14 year old won't expect big and meaningful gifts for VD, so tell your sis not to worry.
If you don't like the gift I've mentioned, just give him a guy stuff. A Game boy advanced

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and she will have fun doing:
Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!
The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.

A nice card to show Him how She feels. A picture of Herself that He can keep close to His heart. Have Her sign Her photo with Love and Her name or something like that. Someone answered make a card with glitter...No...No...No... They are not 5 Years Old...Gees

i agree with the idea that she needs to get him something that lines up with his interests. If she still doesn't know what to buy, then perhaps it would be better for to ask him.
I understand that you, I, nor anyone here can really answer her question because we do not know him as she does.

i think it pretty much depends on the boy itself,what he likes and all.though i think for valentines,making the gift yourself(i mean your sister does it herself) would be very sweet besides saving money.after all,its whats in the heart counts.
