It's always appropriate to give a gift to celebrate a special occasion. Are you saying that since it's her second change at marriage, it's not deserving of celebration? Or that you feel your first present was wasted?
Etiquette books say that you have up to a year to give a marriage gift, which is longer than they give to brides to return the thank-you cards. If you're not comfortable right away, perhaps you'll find something later that sparks your interest for them. And if not, consider at least giving them a pleasant card, so that the anxious bride is reassured that you're happy for her.

It would be nice and considerate to send her and her new husband something, or to do something for them. We don't know the circumstances of a second wedding, or your relationship with each other, but it would be the right thing to do.
They probably have much of what they "need" already, so just have fun with it. Be creative about it!

Why wouldn't you buy her a wedding present? She is starting a new life with someone else. You should support her.

You have up to a year to send a gift. Set yourself a reminder, and if she is still marreid in one year, send her the gift.
