durmax diesel engine will not start and is not jelled any suggestions?

iv changed filters and have additive in fuel, chevy sent a "possible" recall notice but that sounds fishy to me , has any one ever heard of either

test glow plugs

also if you chainged filters you may have ait in the system that sucks it can be hard to start is it a manuel trans if yes your in luck push or pull start it you may need to push it a block or so with the engine turning at 2000 rpms good luck
