I just hope you all realize that we are being driven into a war against 1/4 of the world's population just for Israel's interests. WE (americans)WILL BE THE ONES TO DIE.
Israel is NOT a democracy. The media shows exactly what the gov't wants them to, and the leaders are all unanimous in the feeling that they need to have Israel reach the banks of the Euphrates (river). Obligatory military service, a one-sided media, settlers taking over land that isn't thiers? What kind of one sided democracy is that???
We need to put America 1st 2nd and 3rd. Forget about Israel and let's worry about ourselves. The Arabs have been around for thousands of years and they should klnow how to run thier own affairs.
If we need the oil so bad, let's come up with new ways to power our generators. Ok, I know there is nothing near oil but we (humans)are ingenious enough to find something else!!!

This is not an exclusive US problem, you question in my view would have more resonance if it said,
Is there a single Western politician who has the spine to stand up against Israel ?
The simple answer is here is NO.. when one considers the influence that Zionists have in the politics of the USA and the UK and the Germans because of their past history are on a massive guilt thing.
Please note that Jews worldwide despise the actions of Israel and often say so publicly and loudly.

Israel is the only shining star of rational thought in the Middle East.
They are rightly our strong allies.
Why would we have to "stand up against Israel?"
Our relationship is mutually beneficial.

Stand up to Israel for what? They're our best allies in the Middle East! They are one of our most loyal and best friends. We needn't "stand up" to them. There's nothing wrong with anything they are doing.
