It depends on what you want to do with them. Flickr is a good choice as a photo album. Allyoucanupload.com is good if you want to post to a blog or myspace.

There are loads of places. I use photobcuket (http://www.photobucket.com) but you can use yahoo. There is a section for photos so you wouldn't need to create a new account anywhere.

Try ringo.com. You can post pics and invite your friends to view them. They also alert your friends when you put new pics online. I love it.

the best way is to use PICASSA
picassa organize photo in your PC and upload photo toGoogle website - and make it easy for layman to create a web photo album

I suggest Yahoo or MSN Spaces. You can then let your friens and family have the details of your space and only they can access it.
