I don't make any resolutions, resolutions begin Jan 1st and usually end Feb 1st. I make lifestyle changes and those are made any time of the year.

There is no reason to set your self up for failure. I refused to make resolutions as of 2000. I think that it is a psychological joke.

Nick, my New twelve months's determination become formally damaged on January 2d!!! i in my opinion fairly began it in March... yet I broke it lower back this week. disgrace on me!! nicely, there is continually next twelve months............ *sigh!*
