Do you want to sue someone? If they really did hurt you than I say go for it. If they didn't hurt you but you are just wanting money leave them alone. Their is also the statue of limitations but it varies for different cases in how long you have to file a law suit. I know for Arkansas it is 2 years. I had someone sue me, and they lost

Just make it worse, than it was. The compensation people, love that sort of thing. I got bit by a dog & i couln't get a bean. Not high profile enough.

NO! There is a thing called a statute of limitations. You must file a lawsuit within one year. Plus when it comes to injuries, you must reported it immediately.
