Yeah I think so. All you need is a USB data cable. Even if you don't have it, you may buy a bluetooth dongle to do some file transfer.

To make it easier with phone connection, use the software called Nokia PC Suite, which is freely downloadable at the official Nokia website.

Yes you need a data transfer cable. You may also need some software to transfer files too.
