Yeah I think so. All you need is a USB data cable. Even if you don't have it, you may buy a bluetooth dongle to do some file transfer.
To make it easier with phone connection, use the software called Nokia PC Suite, which is freely downloadable at the official Nokia website.

Sure you can connect your Nokia 6600 to laptop ,By BLUETOOTH , by INFRARED or Infrared port . all you have to do is buy a new bluetooth device for your laptop or buy infrared port . On your bluetooth from your 6600 and then place it near the or far from device.
Your laptop will detedt it automatically and you are connected to you Laptop

Yes you need a data transfer cable. You may also need some software to transfer files too.
