U.S. Dollar worth more than Euros?

Basically I want to know if the U.S. Dollar is worth more than the Euro. And if so.... does Finland use the Euro, or do they have their own currency?

Euro is worth +/- 1.28 dollars, so the Dollar is worth less than the Euro. Finland is a Euro country.

Euros are currently worth 1.296 dollars, so the Euro is worth more.

Finland does use the Euro as its official curreny.
