Well...everyone who won I was satisfied with. Mary J. Blige I am so glad that she won because she put her soul into not only her singles that came out but her whole album. I really think that she is growing as an artist. So glad that John Mayer won cause he abosolutly rocks. He captures my thoughts and feelings in his lyrics and music in a way that I can't explain. And those Dixie Chicks so glad that they won because people were talking all that junk about them...and that is what helped them win. Talk about freedom of speech. When they won Reba was clapping for them and on some other awards show she was downing them for talking about George Bush...Reba can sing but what a way to be two faced. So I am glad that they won as much as they did, and no bull artist won like Justin Timberlake. I mean don't get me wrong I like his music but not enough to win a Grammy.

it isn't any longer the nominees' fascination for awards; it is the award-givers' fascination with the nominees. i am going to't communicate for the political opinions of the award givers, notwithstanding the music marketplace is, or has been, positioned in lengthy island city and Nashville and different places to boot l. a.. also, those certain Grammies are for the spoken be conscious, no longer music or comedy. before given for speeches or readings or narration, they now amplify to audiotapes of books. meaning everybody who has examine a e book on tape--conservative or liberal--will be eligible. i assume Ann Coulter or Rush Limbaugh would were nominated, too. those awards, to my understanding, are voted upon through eligible contributors. Now, per chance those voters are more beneficial enthralled with the speaking form, and the message, of liberal authors/audio equipment then through conservative ones. (did you recognize of a conservative nominated for a spoken-be conscious Grammy? i imagine the at present neoconservative Dennis Miller become nominated many years in the past, or become that for an Emmy?) At any price, those awards, as I stated before, do not reflect the winners' opt for to win one, notwithstanding the award-givers' prefer to provide one. And no, i don't think of those Grammies take dignity removed from the award winners. i imagine it factors to their dignity and status.

The dixie chicks better enjoy the limelight.... it's not about music or awards..... the music industry is about $$$. If you can't sell any records, and no one goes to the concerts.... then you'll be playing county fairs next to reo speedwagon. Oh snap!!! that's right, county fairs are full of "red-necks". Red-necks hate the dixie chicks!!! Well, see you at Mcdonalds. "Would you like FREEDOM FRIES with that"?
