If you could somehow heat up a person's internal organs without compromising the skin and subcutaneous fat, then they would explode.

Tough trick though. Try a microwave oven.

yeah, and thats explain why the human dies when its temprature exceeds about 43 degrees & when it reaches 46, he must die, thats becouse the veins & arteries explodes due to high pressure of blood due to very high temprature of human body
