I currently wear glasses. I tried contacts about 6 yrs ago but because I have such dry eyes, they were a pain in the butt. I know that things have changed over the past 6 yrs but, have they changed enough for me to try them again? And what brand/type would be best to use? I have brown eyes..would trying the colored contacts be a good idea? OR, should I just stick with the glasses?

i think it'd be okay for you to try contacts again. i have dry eyes myself, but i use a different kind of lens so if i need to i can sleep in them at night and they won't irritate me that bad in the morning. colored or clear contacts shouldn't matter. but i prefer clear ones.

I think you are better off sticking with your glasses. Contacts could make your eyes sore. I know a lot of people who wore contacts, and their eyes got really sore, so they went back to glasses.
