When trying to play Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion what is the best video card to use?

I have a ATI radeon 9250 but the game wants a higher graphics card... and i have killed some one on the white screen yeah i was great all i did was punch him in the face.

You're even lucky that the game has accepted to run on your video card. I used to have 9550 and the game was usually suffering, now I have GeForce 6600 (512 MBs) and that's pretty well.

Of course if you have money, go for the cutting edge! :)

But GeForce 6600 does the trick (Pixel shader 3.0 and HDR features included!).
