Hello. Maybe it's just me but I'm starting to prefer radio to television these days. Looking at the tv schedules of an evening there's often very little I want to watch. What do you think?

The tele as gone down the drain like you I find myself listening to the radio or walking my dog.Then answering questions its enough to drive you to drink.

I prefer to watch TV, Unless the power is turned off then we have a hand cranked radio that is great for radio that gives us at least a couple hours of radio. The only time I like to listen to the radio is in the car or when playing board games with friends.

where i live has neither FM radio or TV. i ran a long wire to an antenna on the mountain hoping to get the new PBS TV station only to find out their transmit antenna has a null in my direction! I put in a satellite dish so I get TV which I watch sponge bob in the evenings. I can pick up radio in the car going to/from work for news (NPR). So I have a split decision, but I have worked for both radio and tv stations and prefer radio.

It has came as no surprise that the listening figures for radio are on the increase. The reason for that is that now there are too many stations and most of them are just about broke, relying on soaps and intermittent films and news broadcasts to survive. Radio is the theatre of the mind and requires two things: a good d.j. or presenter and secondly content or music that is varied and relevant to its audience.

It depends on where I am and what mood I am in. Throughout the day I will listen to the radio. I have my favourite stations and DJ's that I am loyal to. Then once i come home from work I prefer to watch tv. I do like the soaps and anyhting weired and wonderful. Forensic dectitives is top on my list!

I prefer tv overall however I love having the radio on when I'm reading the paper or doing housework as I can woffle about and not worry about missing anything!

Both of them are becoming Bull...but I would have to say television, just because it is so hard for me to find a station that I like. I like all types of music like what radio station plays John Mayer and R&B like Chris Brown. So t.v. is better for me I can mostly find something on for the most part.
