I would say Rudy Guiliani. He always seems outgoing, and very down to earth. He looks like a the kind of guy you could sit and have coffee with and never know he was running for president. Also Mike Huckabee, the former governor of Arkansas, listen to interview and him speak, and he seems very charismatic. On the other side are John McCain, I like him, he just is very uncharismatic, same with Hillary Clinton she seems very stand-offish. John Edwards and Barak Obama both come off looking charismatic, but both seem fake. Like they are the type of politician that will kiss the baby for the camera, but have every second of it.

Barack Obama but we should remember that charisma is no guarantee of wisdom.
