Personally or for the good of the whole? Because I stayed up way too late last night and all I can stomach, after my strong coffee, is a few saltines. I know, not healthy!! I'm a bad influence. Glad I don't smoke. That would just complete the picture now for me this morning!! An ashtray and some butts!! Good Luck!! @8-)

When I'm on a diet this works for me. A low carb breakfast 1 fried (Egglands best) egg, some shredded cheese on top of the egg if you like, optional hot sauce like Franks red hot or Tobasco, 2 - 4 slices of bacon or sausage, and lots of water.

Porridge!
It's the only breakfast food recognised by the medical profession as actually 'benefitting' your metabolism.
A bit like a slow-release energy giver.
Lasts the best part of a day. (And tastes grteat as well with salt).

Something which do not use too much time to prepare and it is also good to taste. The first thing that comes to my mind is Milo.
It provides you with energy and it does not make you feel too full.
If you are still hungry, you can still drink your Milo with bread or some Soda Biscuits. This depends on individuals. Ha...Ha...

A boiled or poached egg (I have one every day) - it really makes you alert. If you like, have it on toast. I tend to have mine with grilled sausage or bacon as I don't eat bread any longer.

Trust me, I've been doing it for 2 years now and it's definitely a winner!
