It is a good reason for her to run as fast as she can, as far as possible! You are a sick man, eventhough you are making a joke. IN South Africa, every six hours a woman dies as a result of domestic violence. That excludes all the battered and bruised souls who have to deal with the memories of abusive husbands and boyfriends. That is me included.
If you knew what it implicates, you would have NEVER made a joke like that.

If all you feel is fed up, because your wife has had to seek refuge from you, in a secure house, then you have a severe psychiatric problem, like, why don,t you go to a house, the happy house , and get your head sorted. I am aware, that there are some very inadequate men about, who seem to believe that abusing their female relatives and spouses is ok, youm do know that they are the saddies in our society, the boys who hid from the other boys at school, who are usually impotent, and to be honest with you, cats s---t, which is pretty rotten.

Men who hit woman in my mind are not clever,just stupid.
If I where you then go for a divorce and I am sorry for any other person that meets you because she will ended up the same way as your wife in a refuge or maybe in a funeral home.
Beating someone is nothing to be proud of or even address on this site, maybe one day you will one know what it is like.

the fact that you evidently beat your wife (she "is" in a battered womens refuge) is grounds for divorce
if you are tired of her being there then stop beating her and treat her like a good human being.
you NEED help if you are beating your wife!!!!

You make me sick. The only reason she's living in a shelter is because she doesn't feel safe with you. I hope she divorces YOU and takes you to the cleaner! I can't say any more cause I'm just sick thinking about you and your situation. Your wife will be in my prayers.
