No, once it falls off it's gone forever. Even if you try to glue it back on it still won't grow.
However, there's a good chance a new nail will grow back in it's place

Well finger nails grow back if u bite them so there is no reason why it shouldnt grown back should the whole thing fall off!!

Yes, but if it is even partially attatched, try to keep it on and cover it only lightly. This allows oxygen to the flesh and keeps the shape of the nail bed
