Wow, five kids: you must be well equipped to handle everything!! I'm struggling with pregnancy number one, although I will definately be going again I love the felling of pregnancy. Azra and Luca are both beautiful names, how about Azra Darcey or Azra Mackenzie? Or for the little man, Luca Cain or Luca Nash? I know Mackenzie is seriously overused, but I think its just adorable!!
Good luck with your pregnancy!

Azra, sorry I've never heard of that being a name before, so it's a little hard to come up with some middle names to go with it. It's a very nice name though.

Both first names are quite short, so you don't want t give your child a very short middle name.
I suggest the middle name doesn't contain any Cs or Zs (because there are plenty in the first and the last names).

What do you think about
Luca Philip Cosker or Luca Arliss Cosker for a boy and
Azra Madeleine Cosker or Lucia Annabelle Cosker for a girl?
