i've got these deep lines right under my eyes. a friend told me they are eye bags. i don't like them but how do i get rid of them?

Always get a good nights sleep, cut down on tea and coffee, eat healthily.
Use a good concealer such a Yves Saint Laurent's Touch Eclat. You might want to invest in a good eye cream also.

I don't know. I've heard of using Preparation H to reduce bags under the eyes, but be careful.

A rich eye cream...also try anti-wrinkle treatments. AIf they are baggy or swollen try aloe vera or cucumbers.

try putting cucumbers under your eyes might help....or just get yourself enough rest and drink more water
