everyone seems to live in a dingy dark house with no lighting what so ever, Id hate to live in their houses

If you notice it is never summer in ER. All the programmes take place in winter with snow blowing everywhere all the time. That is why the houses seem so dark and dingy there is no natural light and the filming has to be done with artificial light. Anyway Americans like the faded dingy look it suits their personalities.

and is Sam still iving in that big house with that guy who she was careing for?
even in the old epps Carol and Mark & Elizabeth's places where dark.
I Love ER Thought its such a great show even if it is a bit predickedable these days. like every season, 1 member of staff or a member of there family is killed. or 1 member of staff has to get pregnant. you always get a cliff hanger end of season but you know it turns out ok. Still a Fab Show Luka & Ray are my favs
