Banks are the worst places you can go, and no one really charges commission anymore.

You will find all the best rates online, I've got a feeling Uswitch actually provide a comparison service. If you need to get them in person then Marks and Spencers usually offer the best rate with the Post Office not far behind them.

The post office, they don't charge commission so you get more for your money, what ever you do don't buy euros of ebay!

Most places are the same...it all depends on what the rate is at the time of buying!! I've always got mine from my bank..no commission!
