i have spoken to my brother about it and they did have sex he admitted that much.but he said that it was in consent.and i must admit i have seen them flirting with each other a couple of times.i am not sure who to believe really.my bro has always had a crush on my baby and vice versa even though hes with me.i love my bro alot,should i dump my lover?

Okay first you shouldn't be so quick to decide that your brother
is telling the truth. I know you've heard of date rape....so....I guess it all depends on how much you care for your lover of what
you should do. Everyone has flirted before but that doesn't mean
we want to get fucked. I think you should sit down with your lover
and ask him if he is going to be able to continue in this relationship considering you will be around your brother at times.
If he was truly raped as he said then maybe he isn't going to want to be around him and might even want you to stop hanging
out with your bro. Rape is a very life changing tragic event that is
never forgotten and your "baby" may need a lot of help getting over this. On the other hand if your lover is lying and I don't think
you will ever truly find out who is telling the truth you need to think

I think you should dump him. Whether or not you are in a straight relationship or not a liar will never change. And for him to lie about rape that is more than sick that turns my stomach. Due to the fact that they are girls and guys out there that really get raped and no one believes them. This is a very touchy subject. No you should not beat him, just leave him alone. Life is funny! Did you know that you and your brother both liked the same kind of men.

It is one thing that your lover is bisexual, it is another that he slept with your brother. There is no way that you can trust him.
I would say that breaking up with him is best for you. Before you break up though, check to see if he still sticks to the story about the supposed rape. It sounds like an excuse to justify himself.
You also might want to have a serious talk with your brother about sleeping with your lovers. This will eventually cause a serious rift between the two of you and he needs to have more self-control. He should at least speak to you first about his desires for you lovers.

looking at your additional notes - I would find out why your lover didn't report it to the police.
personally - blood is thicker than water - you should always pick your family over lovers - family will always be there for you no matter what.
It wouldn't supprise me if your partner has feelings for your brother and is looking for you to dump him so he's then a free agent. at which point - I dare say your brother would be next on his list.
I would speak to your brother about it and give this guy a massively wide berth!

Do you think your 'lover' started seeing you only so he could be near your brother? Or is he now trying to make you jealous? Tell him to hit the road, otherwise he might next try to bring charges against your brother so that he can continue to have some kind of sick involvement with your family.

Most likely did not know that was your brother and now is embarrassed that he loves you and now he feels he has to lie to protect his and your relationship . I do not think you should dump him just talk to him and let him know you are OK with this if you are . Tell him you understand he may have lied to protect your relationship but please be honest . First of all I say leave yo lover b/c yo lover likes to get down both ways.
