As the previous answerer asked: what is the reason for anovulation?

It is possible for anovulation to be treated, yes, but that's a general answer given with no knowledge of the underlying cause of lack of ovulation, of course.

Fertility drugs from clomiphine citrate (most commonly known as Clomid) to various injectables are designed to stimulate the ovaries -- to produce and mature follicles and stimulate ovulation. These drugs must be taken under the care and direction of a medical professional -- a reproductive endocrinologist or other fertility specialist, ideally, as opposed to an OB/GYN (there are OBs who deal with this, especially with Clomid, but in my experience they rarely provide the monitoring that use of fertility drugs requires).

If anovulation is due to polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) then a drug called metformin may be used.

Some women tout the perceived benefits of a product called Ovulex, but personally I'm skeptical. Yes, women have used it and become pregnant...but some women have also tried putting slices of bread under their mattress as a means of combatting infertility and, when they ended up pregnant, decided the bread under the mattress "treatment" worked (I'm not kidding) -- my point is, a certain number of women are going to get pregnant, and it's natural human behaviour to want to attribute the success to the most recent "treatment" tried, regardless of the truth in doing so....until there's evidence to corroborate the claims made by the manufacturers of Ovulex, I'm going to remain skeptical.

Another option is acupuncture. Many women have reported success with acupuncture treatments when they were unable to conceive because due to anovulation (and there have been a couple of well known studies, not specifically on acupuncture and anovulation, but on the use of acupuncture treatment in conjunction with in vitro fertilization). For this, you'll want an acupuncturist who deals specifically with fertility issues. Oftentimes, acupuncturists will want you to take various herbs in conjunction with acupuncture treatments; for that, I suggest you really do your homework. Also, if you were to do acupuncture in conjunction with western medical treatment, such as Clomid, you should be sure and let your doctor know, and avoid the herbs, as many or most of them contain hormones.

The reason for the anovulation is important -- for example, if it's a weight related problem, then treating the weight issue will address the anovulation problem. Similarly, if it's a stress issue, treatment of the stress should suffice.

Also, for good online support and information about fertility issues, including anovulation, take a look at the forums at http://www.tcoyf.com -- it's a busy place with lots of helpful women, and can be a great source of information and support.

Best of luck to you.

Failure to ovulate is usually caused by a hormone inbalance, either by the Thyroid gland or the pituitary gland.
In most cases it is the pituitary gland that is at fault and a wonderful herb called Agnus Castus can solve the problem.
If the pituitary gland is secreting too much progesterone the Agnus castus will balance the hormone levels and ovulation should be restored.
Seeing a qualified herbalist is a good start.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/o81VI

Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.

yes there is,

the first thing to try is clomid, it has a very high success rate.

then there's injections

there's also ivf which I'm sure you've heard of

iui is a bit like ivf but cheaper

if all else fails the women could consider egg donation either privately at an ivf clinic or by a member of her family like her sister.

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/WwraQ

Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.

Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.

Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.
