even when i have planned myself well with the time i've i still can't finish my work within the provided time

Then you haven't judged your time well. Always try to complete what you think you need to in 50-80% of the time, then when unexpected items come up you have allocated the time already. And if you think you got everything use that time to double & triple check.

u can not finish your work in time bcoz u think that as u have planned everything u have ample time left to complete your work but that time is actually v. less
