I can't think of who should, but I have a list of who shouldn't dominate the world:
Not the US
Not North Korea
Not Iraq
Not the Former USSR
...the list goes too long.
Actually, thinking about it, the best would be Switzerland...the neutral party...but of course their military is strong enough to protect their country (90% male Swiss citizens from 18-55 have a military issued rifle at home and can be called to arms if anything should happen), but not strong enough to dominate the world...but I would want that country to be the one.

If there is a country that would likely to lead the world in the future it would be the nation who has the innovation, power, and resources. A nation who has the will to lead not only her people but also her neighboring nation. A nation who has the imaginative invision of creating a universal world where there is less racial discrimination, where love and harmony reigns.
This is nothing but only a fantasy. lt is much less possible to build a place for the humanity basing on the fact that each and every nations is largely difrent in terms of cultural aspects.

My answer is not any. the in trouble-free terms "necessary" products needed for survival of the human race is: a million. Air 2. Water 3. food 4. shield All international locations have those issues. the actual question is, does each and every u . s . have sufficient to keep up its' inhabitants?

None. Each country should strive to govern and watch over their own country to the best of their ablity and not attempt to enforce their ways upon another country.
