When I put javascript on my webpage the IE blocks it and I have to enable it by clicking on the yellow bar above. How can I make my webpage to automatically allow the script on any computer without having to enable it manually?

I think you are opening this web page by double clicking the html file. If you have set up a server (IIS/Apache), browse it from there. It will not be blocked.
