but since when is it "OK" to purchase and wear clothes that look tattered and torn not to mention dirty. Everybody looks the same.
The" thrift store" look is so appealing to people - That look screams - "I'm Poor" regardless of how expensive the clothes are.
Take a good look around - and you'll see people that not only look POOR but also look like they "through on" right out the hamper "I could care less" kind of look.

They say people aspire to look like the models in magazines and I'm here to say - only a very small percentage of those models wear the"thrift store" "I look like I'm poor" look.

Save some of your electronic gagget money and the Latte' money and the money spent "over eating" on some clothes that don't scream out - I'm POOR and PROUD OF IT!!!

It doesn't cost a lot of money to look like you are NOT POOR - just the desire to look like you are NOT POOR is a start.

well i dont know where you live, but i sure dont dress that way and i never see people dressing like that except the bums on the street who really are poor.
