What a ridiculous question - and there are many people that are unfortunately in the same situation and have a good command of language. Your point is I think that he expresses himself with hand movements whilst talking - again many people do....there are more important issues of the rights and wrongs of Mr.Blair that could be addressed....so live and let live eh!

Of course he could, I'm picturing those cheeks slapping together now, arrggghhh stop it, unclean thoughts! besides he's been talking out of his A*** for the last 10 years as it is.
