What were the three main types of music in the renassiance Period!!! I really need some help with this its a school assignment!!! Plz help hurry

Vocal, dance - what type of renassiance music? I know for vocal it was mass, motet and chanson.

ETA: Try Dance, Theme and Vocal.

I know one is called "bardic", which was basically how people got news from travelling musicians. They'd call out a town's name and a coin and the bard would tell them news.
