Is this 220? And I can just change the cord on the dryer to a 2-prong?

You will not have a proper ground, this is a hazard. You must install a grounded outlet and never change the wiring on the appliance.

No a 220 outlet has three prongs in a triangular layout. If your dryer has three prongs, you need a grounded outlet. Best thing to do is have an electrician install a proper outlet. Mobile homes are easily and quickly destroyed by fire.

Best anwser to that is; ask an electrian. It is easy to change the receptical to the three prong. But again ask an electrician.
