Can a women be pregnant or have misscarriage with the following symptoms. Please read the story below.

We had sex for the first time (unprotected without condoms) with me as she was virgin, she was late so after doing a home pregnancy test the resutls were negative, and after 10 days from our encounter she had period, 10 days late from her original date, and when the period came they were flowing heavy with little chunks, and second period came as usuall the end date of her first period, and lasted only 5 days with little chunks again but lesser then first month period.

Does this mean that she can still be pregnant, or probably have misscarriage.

***For those who say misscarriage, how can it be possible if she had her period 10 days after having sex, doesn't the egg have to find its place or so.****

Please help us!!...Thanks.

i would say she was or is not pregnant, for the miscarriage it is hard to say as i was not experiencing it, although doctors do say that women have miscarriages with out even knowing it, it is just like a regular period, obvioulsy a little more painful. but unless you knew for sure you were pregnant it would be hard to tell if she miscarried or not.
be more careful next time :)

what makes u think she was pregnant in the first place?? U do get clots with a period flow, it doesn't ness. indicate she was pregnant and miscarried. It is possible however, that she did have an early miscarriage. I think, from what u have described, it was a normal period. If u are worried u really need to get checked out by the doc, no-one can tell u for sure on here, they are not doctors. Good luck

EDIT: I don't know why people feel the need to tell u to "be careful next time"?? Maybe they were planning a pregnancy? ever thought of that, people? Too many judgemental people on here

Hi - if your gf normally has a heavy period with "chunks" as you put it - and you have had a negative hpt result i would say there is nothing to worry about. If it is not normal for her to have this type of lose during her period then i would say you should take her to see a doctor. Some women bleed throughout their pregnancy - this can be due to any number of reasons - including the placenta being close to the cervix. if she doesn't feel pregnant and has no symptoms then i would say to relax and stop worrying! but if you really can't stop worrying - go and be checked out by a health professional.
hope this helps
xx

You can get a period in the very beginning of a pregnancy, if the time of conception was close to the time she was to start. With my oldest child, I had one odd period after I had confirmation of pregnancy. I'm guessing you are OK. Stress can make a body do strange things, and a woman's period is often the first thing affected by stress. If you are concerned, I would go to a clinic. It's better to know now, than to be worried about it. Good Luck!

It is very possible to have your period when pregnant. I had mine... and tested negative on an at home test... Two months later I finally tested positive. I would just go and get a blood test to confirm if she is or not. Make sure she tells the Dr. all of her symptoms or the visit will be practically pointless. And just for the record I never miscarried I am happily 7 months pregnant now!!!!

I think she needs to see a doctor if you are having doubts. i do know that having a miscarriage has the following symptoms: the period starts out light then to mild cramping and low backache from there she will have severe dizziness and abdominal pain if you think she has had one it can be fatal if not checked out yes it would be painful to learn that you have had a miscarriage but it would be more painful to lose her life to family and friends so if i were you or her she needs to see a doc. I wish You All the Best! p.s. a simple blood work ordered by a doc can reveal if she is pregnant or had a miscarriage

First, clots are normal. Happens to all women. Second, if a pregnancy test came out negative, then she isnt' pregnant. When a person loses her virginity her body goes through changes, normal changes, which could be the result in you having unprotected sex with her. (By the way, shame!!! on you for putting her in that predicament!!! Did you WANT her to get pregnant??!!)

Basically, NO she isnt' pregnant, and if you two even remotely think she is, go to the doctor not yahoo answers!!!!

The spotting makes it possible that she is pregnant. To be on the safe side go and see a doctor ! Next time be more careful, get her on the pill or injection and use a condom, there are so many unwanted pregnancies because of stupidity !!!! Abortion is murder and I´m totally against it.

You can also take another test but I would say go see a doctor...

All the best...

yes she could still be pregnant! one of the first signs of pregnancy is missed or irregular periods. The chunks could be normal but you might want to go to a doctor just to make sure!
