Right now in my life i am a very talented singer/musician. i am 21 years old but i feel so trapped as i have all these ideas but i dont know how to put them into practice...I really want to succeed at whatever i do but i lack the organisation to do things....how can i turn it around?

It is quite common phenomena of being unorganized. Don't worry, in that matter you are completely normal. Don't be harsh on yourself. Let it go. Take it easy. If the right desire is in you, it will find the way. Be a guide rather than boss to your art.
Talk about your plans with other people as often as possible. You have the chance to connect with someone who has the drive and the organization to do things. Teamwork is good to push out the best qualities of everyone involved.

Well, pehaps the first thing to do is make a list of all your talents. After you do that put numbers beside them to prioritize them. Then you focus on paying attention to those higher numbers. Or, if you know a friend whose focussed lean on them a while and learn how to discipline yourself by their example.
