Well if you can afford them sure, but better get her a nice card and flowers or something as well. You need to be a little more romantic then just shoes.

if you know that it is what she really wants then go for it.
Make sure you check other stores first to see if you can get them cheaper nothing worse than finding out you could have saved 50 bucks

If they're really expensive, buy her one shoe now and the other one for her birthday. If they're cheap shoes get both.
