It has no long term impact. In the short term, sperm levels are highest when the man has not ejaculated for 48 hours. More then 120 hours and the sperm quality is reduced. But even if he had 3 ejaculations that day, there will still be some sperm.
You could masturbate all day every day for months, if you stopped, 2 days later you'd be just as fertile.

No. Too bad, though, cause maybe if there were some serious consequences to masturbation people wouldnt be so obsessed with their sexual ORGANS. For Christ's sake! Sex was created for pleasure between two adult (married) people who love each other. It was NEVER intended for sick thrills! Have you read a good book lately?
