What can I do quick! I have to be up in 5 hours and I'[ve been trying to sleep since 8pm!

Read a book, it relaxes you and makes you sleepy or you can revert to the old trick- switch off the lights and get comfortable in bed and start counting sheep. Good luck for tomorrow... actually today.

You won't fall asleep tomorrow but you do need to try to relax. Your going to be so hyper and nervous that you want get sleepy. Try music. Put some earphones on and try to relax. Most don't sleep the night before. I hope you have a good day and don't be nervous. Cause I promise things will go well. I use to get so nervous I would stay in the bathroom the week before school started. Things always went well. Everyone is nervous. Just remember that and relax. ☺

Read a really boring book ... and tell yourself you will be fine in the new job, no need to be nervous. Try hard to relax. Count sheeps ...

get off the computer. have a hot drink or shower. try and relax. your body cant rest and get to sleep if your anxious and nervous

drink a glass of warm milk, lay down and begin to focus on your breath and the way your body moves when you breath.

ouch sux..i know the feeling..nothing really seems to work for me but i guess you can try a quick exercise to get u tired.
