I am a left hander so i agree...we are smarter

Yup, without a doubt.
I am one of them and have noticed that most left handed people people are one step ahead of others and also make a good future.
Look back in history.
I had my hand spanked many times at School for been left handed but also new then that they had no idea of what they were dealing with.
They were afraid of me and tried like hell to make me look little.
These were Nuns of a bad sort who looked upon left handed people as a threat and evil.
Sorry people as I am now very wealthy and proven in this world.
I have been to China, when they see me use my left hand for check in they are full off bull and I most likely will get an upgrade.
The Chinese say that left handed people are gifted.
I still have no clue how gifted I am, but I know my Son is at 5 years old because he is not been smacked for using his left hand and is now top of the calss for nearly 2 years.

Lefthanded people start out at a disadvantage so they have to learn to cope with a hostile world and to solve problems creatively. As a result lefthanded people are smarter at getting through life. They also are more heavily represented in the service and caring fields i.e. police officers, doctors, etc.

Good Question, i never really put much thaught into it. Im living with a BF and 3 kids that are all left handed, i am right. I was always told by my BF that leftys are in their right minds, because they ues the right side of their brains. And as for the creative i have to agree.

I am sure there is a study somewhere that has looked into this...The left handed people I know seem the same as right handed to me....I know many of both and i see smart in either and not so smart as well...

Yes we are. You have to figure out how to survive in a right handed world. Everything is designed for right-handed people. Autos, doors, can openers, appliances, keyboards, coffee cups, scissors, machines, everything, I could go on and on. If we weren't smarter we would not be able to function.

Nope, but they are in their right mind!
Actually they tend to be a bit more creative than their right handed counterparts. The right hemisphere of the brain controls the left side of the body. The right side of the brain deals with creativity, whereas the left side is more analytical - math and logic.

As you may know, the left side of the brain controls the right side of the body and the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body. So people that are left handed are in the right mind.

According to Psychology studies from back in the eons, we supposedly "have an edge." I don't believe all the stuff I'm told. I love the subject but, even in Psychology, you have to "let the birds fly" if you know what I mean.
